Beware the "Ultra-Conservatives" in an organization that purports to have one billion members: The Catholic Church. The Church has many enemies from without. But it is in danger of collapse from within, with who-knows-what alternatives. The most recent Stupidity is the attack by the "Ultras" on Pope Francis for his inter-Faith outreach.
How about this: The "Ultras" should declare a Schism, should go their own way, and let the Church Heal with the medicines that were first offered in Vatican 2 in the 1960's - and which were trashed by those same "Ultras" in the succeeding decades. The alternative: Pope Francis could embrace his responsibility as Vicar of Christ on Earth and could act accordingly.
