This is a new
section. It will
offer fresh,
quick reactions by myself to news and events of the day, day by day, in
this rapid-fire world of ours. Of course, as in military
campaigns,
a rapid response in one direction may occasionally have to be followed
by a "strategic withdrawal" in another direction. Charge that
to
"the fog of war", and to the necessary flexibility any mental or
military
campaign must maintain to be effective. But the mission will
always
be the same: common sense, based upon facts and "real politick",
supported
by a visceral sense of Justice and a commitment to be
pro-active.
That's all I promise.

AS YOU SHOULD KNOW, I RECENTLY
"SEMI-RETIRED" FROM A 62 YEAR PRACTICE OF MEDICINE IN
CONNECTICUT.
Why? Not because of any physical
threat - of which there was none - but because of a threat to my health from a
developing
RESENTMENT against the health
payment "system" and the non-physician health Control system.
(I am available - but only as an
employee without any patient payment involvement).
As the consequence, Health Care
delivery in this country is in STEEP DECLINE.
And only the increasingly suffering
public can do something about it.
What? COMPLAIN. DEMAND.
AND IF NECESSARY WITHHOLD PAYMENT AND SUE THE BASTARDS!
BASTA! It's
Italian. Look it up.

MONDAY through THURSDAY, May 12 through 15, 2025
THIS IS THE STATE OF PLAY,
BOTH DEMOCRATIC and democratic, IN OUR NATION TODAY,
THANKS TO A TOTALLY DERANGED
AND UNTRUSTWORTHY DEMOCRATIC PARTY.
This is Not the Democratic Party of
the first half of the 20th century, not the Party of our parents and even of
myself until 1990.
It is a Party taken over by
self-serving Teachers' Unions and self-serving complicit Black
"leaders" who produced students "graduating" high school
who should not even have graduated grammar school.
It is a Party that encouraged and
supported BLM -inspired successive massive violent street riots throughout the
country.
It is a Party that lost its Mind and
Soul to lie, cheat and steal in constant efforts to overthrow the 45th and 47th
duly elected President of the United States.
And as finally documented, it is a
Party that persistently engaged in four years of treasonous and dangerous
activity by hiding the progressive incompetence of the 46th President.
And it shows no signs of
convalescence, certainly not with the constant duplicity and bombast coming out
of its "leaders".
This is a Party that should be
denied, by the entire national citizenry, any ability to govern - at the State
or Federal levels - for at least a decade, to enable it to re-populate its
membership with new citizens that may have gained adulthood at least by their
thirties...after three decades of "social media" wanderings.

"SCHMUCK"...REVISITED.
About a year ago I posted a
well-deserved reply to an article written by a "physician".
A year later, the term is still apt
for substantial numbers of the recent two newest generations
whom I have aptly referred to as A
PANDEMIC OF STUPIDITY.
No improvement so far.

"SCHMUCK".
An apt word for the comments authored in the article posted below.
That's why we have physician "burn-out", and physician suicide at twice the
general rate, and physicians leaving the Profession decades before their time.
It's the result of the callow up-bringing and "culture" of the recent generations
that manifest in so many other ways ... and in this case (being a Physician)
changing a silk purse into a sow's ear.
And SHAME on those already - arrived physicians who denigrate the ideals that
may still motivate newer classes of medical students despite their surroundings.
Being a Physician is a Calling and a Vocation that has been under siege for
decades by stupid, cynical, craven people, some of whom are also non-practicing
"physicians" seeking only money and power• and status among their own.
And it can only be saved for the hundreds of millions of good people who need
them by staying independent, by choosing the field of battle, and by Fighting
Like Hell for their patients and for themselves. It can still be done ... but not
with an 8 hour day, or a 40 hour week, or by referring to Mrs. Jones as "the one
in bed 4-B".
After 61 years as a practicing physician, I still work a 40 hour week (1/2 time
for me}, I take all patients who will do their part in the relationship - and I look
forward to all of it as a Privilege ... while fighting like Hell against the mounting
forces that may destroy it all. I'll leave it only in a pine box ... a closed pine box
so that no one will be sure that I've Left.
