This is a new section. It will offer fresh, quick reactions by myself to news and events of the day, day by day, in this rapid-fire world of ours. Of course, as in military campaigns, a rapid response in one direction may occasionally have to be followed by a "strategic withdrawal" in another direction. Charge that to "the fog of war", and to the necessary flexibility any mental or military campaign must maintain to be effective. But the mission will always be the same: common sense, based upon facts and "real politick", supported by a visceral sense of Justice and a commitment to be pro-active. That's all I promise.

Parental Rights Are on Trial at the U.S. Supreme Court

Earlier this week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard a case (Mahmoud v. Taylor) that could redefine parental rights nationwide. Families in Montgomery County, Maryland—including our own members—are suing their school district for forcing young children to read LGBTQ and gender identity-themed books without the option to opt out.

This isn't about banning books—it's about protecting parental rights and respecting religious beliefs.

Justice Kavanaugh said it best: “They’re only seeking to walk out so their children aren’t exposed to things that are contrary to their own beliefs.”

The stakes are high. The Left is pushing an agenda that strips parents of their say in their children’s education.
