"the fog of war", and to the necessary flexibility any mental or
military
campaign must maintain to be effective. But the mission will
always
be the same: common sense, based upon facts and "real politick",
supported
by a visceral sense of Justice and a commitment to be
pro-active.

HOW CAN WE AND THE WORLD AVOID A REGIONAL MIDDLE EAST WAR - AND THEN WWIII?
By solving the Israel - Palestinian question...which has been facing the world for thousands of years.
• The region of "Palestine" is among the earliest sites of human habitation in the world, pre-10,000 BC.
• The earliest community or "town" was Jerico, before 7,000 BC.
• The Israelites were one of numerous other peoples to appear in this region.
• The history is consistent with the Bible.
• The Israelites gradually took over the "Promised Land", arguably
"promised" to the Israelites, the Palestinians and the Muslims.
• The French and especially the British have tried to muddy their
way to an accommodation since the mid-19th century...and have failed.
• Several wars have, as expected, have also failed.

Palestinians must have their own State. Only then will most (but not
all) of the Middle East - and the rest of the world have a chance at
Peace.

Dear Friend,
With
the door officially shut on 2023 and the first vote of the 2024
election set to be cast in just DAYS, I thought it was time I sent you
a personal letter on my reflections of this past year – one of the
darkest years in American history.
All I ever wanted was to make this country that we all hold so dear and love so much GREAT AGAIN!
But to the villainous forces in the Washington Swamp, to Crooked Joe and his accomplices, that is the ultimate crime.
In
2023, the Radical Democrats unlawfully ARRESTED the leading 2024
presidential candidate (yours truly) four times, took a MUGSHOT of me,
forced me off the campaign trail and into the courtroom for SHAM
TRIALS, unlawfully REMOVED my name from the ballot, GAGGED and CENSORED
me, are attempting to JAIL me for life as an innocent man, and are even
seeking the “corporate death penalty” against me and my family.
It
might be hard to believe given what you’ve witnessed ever since I first
rode down the golden escalator, but there was a point in time when I
lived a pretty nice life…
…Even the media said nice things about me!
But
then, I did something they couldn’t possibly comprehend, something that
undermined every globalist and radical left-wing instinct in their
bones.
I chose YOU – the PEOPLE!
I chose to put AMERICA FIRST.
I
chose to give the forgotten, hardworking men and women of this country
a voice, to fight back against the Washington ruling class that hates
our country, to stop the warmongers, and to rout out the Deep State.
And if I could go back and do it all over again, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Remember,
they’re not really coming after me, Friend, they’re coming after YOU.

is why, in the most consequential election year of our lives, Crooked

It should not surprise any reader of these offerings that I consider myself a Good Catholic:
a Thinking Catholic, to be sure, but a Faithful member of the Church.
In that position, Vatican ll was very important to me, with Pope Saint John XXlll's effort at Aggiornamento.
Then came Pope Paul Vl's disappointing statement regarding
non-abortifacient Contraception, which I believe led directly to tens
of millions of abortions, and followed by decades of broad and
sustained efforts to deny and eliminate Vatican ll itself.
One result has been the disenchantment and substantial disappearance of the Laity, the Body of the Church.
Now comes Pope Francis, another Vicar of Christ on Earth, who is intent
on bringing back an "Aggiornamento" through dialogue and honest study.
An excellent summary of the current State of the Church under Pope
Francis is published in the current issue of National Catholic
Register, (Jan. 14 - 27, p9).

It is not an easy read; but it will reward and reassure the reader who persists.
As with the Church itself, we Catholics should all be "in it for the long haul."

THIS STATEMENT, AS WELL AS THE
SEVERAL OTHER ARTICLES I HAVE POSTED RECENTLY IN THIS SECTION, DESCRIBES AN
AMERICAN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM RAPIDLY APPROACHING A CONDITION OF "IN
EXTREMIS".
AND DON'T GIVE ME THE BS ABOUT OTHER
NATIONS' SYSTEMS BEING BETTER AND OFFERING A BETTER EXAMPLE. THEY DO NOT!
What American citizens and patients
need now is a total re-invention of a totally distorted "system" that
has become a massive Cash Cow called the
"Managed Care Industry"
and a similarly massive Bureaucracy that creates and enforces rules to sustain
that Industry at the expense of those who generate their "stock in
trade": Health Care.
WHAT TO DO, in no particular order.
1) Remove the Profit Motive in
Health Care Delivery, and replace it with a system that is Not-For-Profit but
that reimburses All of its "providers" fairly and is adequately
reflective of the decades of talent and work they continue to provide for their
patients. The current "system" is distorted, unfair and inadequate.
2) Devise a "One Payor
System", comprising both the Federal and State Governments, that provides
for all expenses incurred, but that leaves to the System to monitor
compliance.
3) By this time the reader starts to
see a system analogous to the structure and function of our national
Military.
4) In fact, having served in the
Army Medical Corps, that is what I would propose - both in structure and
function.
5) Regarding function, that is
providing health care to our citizenry, I would also recommend the Military
system of Triage: medical services provided - or not provided - according to
HEALTH CARE NEED ONLY...not according to desire or ability to pay. That would
certainly include access to "diagnostic services".
6) The current "system"
came aborning in the mid-1960's with passage of the Medicare Act, quickly
fostering implementation of the in-hospital "Three Day Blue Plate
Special", all at Medicare insurance expense. Do you get the picture?
7) The Pharmaceutical Industry would
have to NEGOTIATE medicine fees and costs with the government payors, something
that was made specifically ILLEGAL by the Medicare Act of the early 2000's.
Wonder Why?
8) That rank of the Legal Profession
that thrives very well by bringing Malpractice Suits, over 70% of which are Won
by the defendant "provider", but all of which pay the lawyer
handsomely, would have to be reorganized - since a massive amount of health
care costs are generated by providers to protect against such suits.
NOW WHO DO YOU THINK WOULD BE
ADVOCATES OF SUCH A MASSIVE CHANGE IN OUR CURRENT "HEALTH CARE
SYSTEM"?
YOU ARE RIGHT!
So: "Your mission, if you
choose to accept it..."
Or will we have to wait for people
dying in droves in the streets, as occurs in many other nations?
