ANNOUNCING A NEW CATEGORY OF ARTICLES AND PERSONAL COMMENTARIES:  "THE LAW".

GOD WAS AND IS THE FIRST "LEGISLATOR".  HIS LAWS WERE AND ARE THE TEN COMMANDMENTS.

Then Man, fully endowed with Free Will by God, took over.

Then William Shakespear, Man's Great Psychologist, declared: "The Law is a Ass".

HE TOPIC FOR TODAY IS THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, ITS RELATION TO "FREE SPEECH" AND VIOLENCE.

In recent years, we have seen too many examples public Violence masquerading as "Free Speech" - and getting away with it.
The most recent example is occurring now in Los Angeles.

The First Amendment protects "...the right of the people Peaceably to assemble..."

The USSC has addressed this matter on several occasions, prohibiting violence and "true threats" as protected speech.
Although I have access to several texts on the Supreme Court and Constitutional Law, a Google search is very helpful.

See: "FIRST AMENDMENT AND VIOLENCE AND SUPREME COURT".

BOTTOM LINE: The grossly threatening verbiage and also actions engaged in by mobs in cities through the country
IS NOT PROTECTED SPEECH, SHOULD BE SUPPRESSED AND SHOULD BE CHARGED UNDER CRIMINAL LAW.

And the Democratic Party that is actively promoting these actions should be condemned and should be relegated to the
national political trash heap for the next decade or longer.

THIS IS DANGEROUS STUFF!

A USEFUL AND ONGOING SOURCE OF INFORMATION ON USE AND MISUSE AND ABUSE OF "THE LAW"
IS FOUND IN THE ACTIVITIES OF "JUDICIAL WATCH" (www.judicialwatch.org).

You can start with the June 2025 edition of "VERDICT", its monthly reportage of the many cases filed
on behalf of the Public Domain and against the targets of Shakespeare's pithy observation.
